Do you have any objection to a re-write of Rule 6 of the Wednesday night
SIs?
For safety and consistency I would like to have in writing a distinction
between Open / PHRF and Open / Non-PHRF boats.
Please see below. I would appreciate any comments.
Also, are the streamers useful? Can they be eliminated?
