Dear Members,
Warren Frerichs will be presenting his "Mooring Refresher Course" 10:00am on February 22 at the clubhouse. The presentation is being hosted by the Open Fleet.
Warren spent countless hours post Hurricane Sandy investigating moorings and their reasons for failure. Some of the topics he will cover include:
· types of moorings
· chains
· shackles
· seizing wire
· scope
· catenary effect
· mooring lines

Hi All We would have loved to be at the mooring meeting this weekend. Unfortunately we are still in Florida We won’t be home until April 8. We are working out all the mooring material to order with Matt.
